HOW ITEMS ARE SHIPPED
All of our products are not stored at the same location. If you order 5 items all 5 may come from the same place, or 2 may come from Illinois, 2 from New Jersey and 1 from Pennsylvania. All items will be shipped at approximately the same time but may arrive in several packages. So, if you order several items and your first package only contains part of your order, please be patient, your other items will arrive shortly. By doing this process it enables us not to charge you any shipping fees and saving you money.
FOREIGN ORDERS
At the present time this site is not setup to handle foreign orders. If you are interested in purchasing items from anywhere outside the U.S. please contact us via email at dracdirect@charter.net with the items you are interested in and your address. We will get back to you with shipping costs to ship it to you along with a way to to pay for your items along with any other pertinent details.
